What age groups does Border Sports Academy cater to?

Border Sports Academy offers basketball programs for a wide range of age groups, starting from Under 8s through to Under 20s. We believe that every child and teenager has the potential to elevate their skills, and our sessions are tailored to develop players of all ages and abilities.

What types of training programs are available?

We offer One-Hour Development Sessions focused on targeted skill improvement, confidence building, and personalised coaching. We also provide Two-Hour Development Sessions that cover advanced training, holistic development, and in-depth progress tracking. Both sessions provide exclusive opportunities for tournament participation.

Are tournaments part of the training programs?

Yes! As part of both our one-hour and two-hour development sessions, participants gain exclusive access to competitive tournaments. This gives players a chance to test their skills in a real-game environment, develop their competitive edge, and potentially unlock advancement opportunities. Whilst having exclusive access to the tournaments, these will be charged separately.

Who are the coaches at Border Sports Academy?

Our coaching staff includes experienced coaches from top-tier teams, including the Adelaide 36ers, Southern Tigers, Wings Academy, and more. With consistent coaching throughout the term, players build strong relationships with their mentors while receiving expert advice and guidance on their game.

What is the cost of the training sessions?

The one-hour development session is priced at $155 per term, and the two-hour development session is $225 per term per child, with top-level training for Under 12’s and Under 20’s. We also offer a payment plan option to suit family budgets. This payment plan option is internally reviewed by our team before approval.

Border Sports Academy goes beyond just basketball training. We emphasize holistic player development, focusing on physical fitness, tactical skills, leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. Additionally, our programs are supported by video feedback for players to analyse their progress and refine their game.

Absolutely! Border Sports Academy welcomes players of all experience levels. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to fine-tune advanced skills, our coaches will ensure they’re given the guidance they need to succeed.

How can I enroll my child in a program?

You can easily enroll your child through our online form. Simply select the program that best suits your child's age and skill level, and complete the enrollment form. We also offer a payment plan option on a separate form to make the process more convenient for families.
